Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal Dengan Kepemilikan Manajerial Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Perusahaan Jasa Di Bursa Efek Jakarta

The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of firm growth to capital structure with managerial ownership as moderating variable in Service Emiten Company in Jakarta Stock Exchange. The variable used this research are Firm growth and capital structure as the independent variable and capital structure as the dependent variable.This research observes 102 services companies which had been listed in the Jakarta Stock Exchange in the period of 2005 until 2007. By using multiple regression with interaction method as identification for weaknesses and strength of the variable, and exam the classical assumption.The result shows that the firm growth significantly influence on the capital structure with managerial ownership as moderating variable in service emiten company in Jakarta Stock Exchange.
