Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Manajemen Perbaikan Irigasi Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Disertai Perhitungan Anggaran Biaya

Maintenance of the irrigation area is a routine job that is always done by the Public Works Department Irrigation Sector in particular Samosir regency. One of the form of maintenance is the repair (rehabilitation) of irrigation areas, especially irrigation infrastructure. The finding defects in the irrigation infrastructure resulting in the need for immediate repairs to prevent greater damage. However, considering the number of irrigated areas that need to repair immediately, the reforms were not optimal because it does not pay attention to actual conditions. Therefore, we need a system that can help a manager or project leader in a decision called a decision support system. Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers in solving the semi-structured problems. In DSS, there are several methods used to obtain a decision, one of which is the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP method has advantages over decision-making models that already exist, namely the ability of the model in incorporating elements of qualitative and quantitative decision-making process. The calculation of the budget cost of the project also needs to be done so that decision makers can estimate the cost required to repair an irrigation area. The results, namely in the form of irrigation area decision needs to be done quickly and cost improvement budget that will be used in the implementation of these improvement projects, have no difference or a large difference compared with manual calculations.
