Performance Evaluation - Annual Report Year 2

The deliverable refers to the tasks related to performance evaluation of the CATNETS projectin year 2. In Table 1 the character of this work is illustrated and set into context. In the firstyear of the project a theoretical metrics framework was devised as basis for the evaluation ofthe Catallactic approach. In the second year the implementation of this framework into theprototype and simulator developped in parallel during this year was pursued. First feedbackfrom the practical realization of the framework has been obtained. The third year will focuson the usage of the measurement and performance evaluation infrastructure for evaluation ofthe Catallactic approach. Additional insight concerning the metrics used will also be obtainedand fine tuning of the measurement infrastructure might be required guided by theperformance results....
