Positionspapiere der EWSA : Mai 2011 – März 2013

The present issue contains 14 papers produced during my term in office as EESC Vice President responsible for Communication. It forms an attempt to make EESC’s opinions on current policy issues more clear and more easy to grasp.It has always been my conviction that players in the European arena are in need of more focussed and user-friendly information to make up their minds – and also informed choices. This is the purpose of the present publication. By assembling together a number of papers issued recently on key policy issues it intends to be a useful information and policy tool alike. Whilst it is primarily addressed to EESC members and national economic and social Councils, its aim is no less to inform other European institutions and informed public on EESC’s stance on current policy issues.
