Preparation and Electromagnetic Properties of Spinel Doped Copper / Rgo Composites

In order to meet the requirements of "wide frequency bands, lightweight, and strong absorption" of absorbing materials, a uniform mixture of FeAl 2 O 4 ferrite and Cu/RGO was obtained by the mechanical mixing method. The Cu/RGO (Reduction Graphene Oxide) composite powders were synthesized by the gas-automizing method and thermal reduction of GO (Graphene Oxide). Raman spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy confirmed that the Cu/GO composite powders was reduced to a certain extent after thermal reduction. The addition of Cu/RGO composite powders to FeAl 2 O 4 ferrite is beneficial to improve the dielectric properties of the material and improve the impedance matching performance of a single ferrite. When the Cu/RGO composite powders is doped by 10 wt% and the thickness is 3mm, the reflection loss at 15 GHz is -16 dB and the absorption bandwidth is 2 GHz, indicating that the composite material has potential application value in the field of high-frequency wave absorption. The research on wave absorption mechanism shows that its superior wave absorption performance is determined by the synergistic effect of polarization relaxation, magnetic loss and many other factors
