PREREQUISITES OF IMPROVEMENT OF INVESTMENT PROCESSES MANAGEMENT ON RAILWAY TRANSPORT

The article outlines the key prerequisites of improvement of investment management on railway transport based on introduction of the adaptive situational approach in the process of management that combines management of the strategic process of investment based on accounting and usage of the macroeconomic situation, economical dinamization and adaptation to such processes. The article highlights the need of prevailing economic methods of management of investment processes of railway transport over the administrative methods, also it highlights that the practical implementation of these methods in carrying out financial planning, mathematical modelling, economical outlook for the purpose of integrated assessment of the profitability of investment projects and the possibility of leveling the negative impact of factors of the external and internal environment.
