Principles of the ecological-safety land use functioning in agriculture

This paper deals with basic principles on which the conceptual basis for the formation of ecologically safe land use in agriculture are based, namely: health, ecology, fairness, caring. The economic-ecological mechanism of ecologically safe agricultural land use has been proved.
