Quality in industrial relations: Comparative indicators

This report explores the concept of quality in industrial relations, set against the background of EU policies and industrial relations theories. The primary aim was to draw up a conceptual framework for comparative indicators, which could serve to assess various aspects of industrial relations in terms of quality. The report aims to contribute to the debate between the social partners (and governments) on the development of quality in industrial relations and how to manage change.
