Race discrimination - McDonagh v Ali and another - An employment tribunal had jurisdiction to hear complaints that the Labour Party had, as a "qualifying body" within the meaning of the Race Relations Act, unlawfully discriminated against the applicants by making them ineligible, through suspension, for nomination to any list of prospective Labour candidates, holds the EAT.
