Regulation and Competition Issues in Broadcasting in the Light of Convergence

This document (of 351 pages) contains the proceedings of a one-day roundtable on regulation and competition issues relating to the broadcasting industry, held at the OECD in October 1998. The publication includes submissions from 15 OECD member countries describing in detail the regulatory regime for broadcasting and some of the competition policy issues which have arisen.
