Research on Emergency Distribution Optimization of Mobile Power for Electric Vehicle in Photovoltaic-Energy Storage-Charging Supply Chain Under the Energy Blockchain

The photovoltaic-energy storage-charging supply chain with mobile power supply as the core provides a feasible way to promote the effective consumption of photoelectric, but the efficiency of its distribution process is limited by information asymmetry and security problems, and it is urgent to optimize the distribution of mobile power supply. In this paper, the structural system of optical storage and charging supply chain based on energy block chain is designed, the mobile power distribution logistics network is built based on the actual situation of electric vehicle mobile power emergency distribution, and the mathematical model of mobile power emergency distribution path planning is established by taking the shortest road length and minimum comprehensive cost as the objective function. The results show that the adaptive NSGA- ii algorithm can adapt to the dynamic changes of road network structure. The purpose of this study is to quickly and effectively select the right distribution path of mobile power from many roads, to maximize customer demand and reduce the distribution cost, so as to promote the photoelectric consumption
