This paper takes innovative enterprises as the research object and explores the relationship between resource integration and synergistic innovation effect. This paper first defines and analyzes the related concepts, then proposes a synergistic innovation effect analysis framework based on the resource integration perspective, and applies this framework to three representative innovative enterprises for case analysis. This paper draws the following main conclusions: resource integration is an important way and means for innovative enterprises to achieve synergistic innovation effect; synergistic innovation effect is an important goal and result of resource integration; synergistic innovation effect can be measured from four dimensions: innovation input dimension, innovation process dimension, innovation output dimension and innovation impact dimension; different types and ways of resource integration have different impacts on synergistic innovation effect. The limitations of this paper are mainly as follows: this paper only selects three innovative enterprises for case analysis, which may not fully reflect the differences and characteristics of innovative enterprises in different industries, scales and stages in terms of resource integration and synergistic innovation effect; this paper only uses a synergistic innovation effect analysis framework based on the resource integration perspective, which may not cover other factors and mechanisms that may affect synergistic innovation effect, such as organizational culture, innovation atmosphere, incentive mechanism, etc.; this paper mainly relies on public data and information when measuring and evaluating synergistic innovation effect, which may have some bias and error, and may also ignore some difficult to quantify or qualitative indicators and impacts. The future research directions are mainly as follows: expand the scope and number of case analysis, increase the samples of innovative enterprises in different industries, scales and stages, to improve the universality and representativeness of the research; introduce other perspectives or theories to analyze the relationship between resource integration and synergistic innovation effect, such as dynamic capability perspective, knowledge management perspective, value chain perspective, etc., to enrich the content and depth of the research; improve the measurement and evaluation methods of synergistic innovation effect, combine quantitative and qualitative methods, use more data and information, consider more indicators and impacts, to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the research
