This compilation guide to Eurostat's 1994 SERIEE manual is designed to support compilers in the practical construction of environmental protection expenditure accounts. The guide also summarises the new conceptual developments and practical experience in countries since the publication of the 1994 SERIEE and in this regard replaces the 1994 SERIEE manual. The guide includes a set of worked examples that is available as an Excel file.
