Single programming document 2024-2026 : final version, November 2023
Throughout the period covered by this programming document, 2024-2026, ELA will be fully operational and fully staffed. During this time, ELA will be active in all areas under its remit and will extend and further develop the activities it initiated during the set-up phase, with the aim of consolidating its role and recognition. Fair labour mobility, benefiting individuals, workers and employers, will continue to be at the heart of ELA's work. After several years spent building up the new authority, in 2024-2026 ELA will have a stable model of functioning, while being operationally agile to new developments. More broadly, the authority's work will continue to make a substantial contribution to the implementation of the principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights and initiatives (outlined in the action plan on the implementation of the pillar) that have direct relevance for the authority and are in line with its mandate. ELA will also incorporate in its work the priorities of the new Commission following the European Parliament elections in 2024.
