Decision Support System (DSS) is a system which assists someone to make accurate and correct decisions. Many problems can be solved by using the DSS, one of which is to determine the feasibility of the customer prior to receiving business credit (KUR). There are several methods which can be used in building a DSS such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is the mostly used method as solution for multiple criteria problems, such as in SPK recipients KUR determining customer eligibility. This study uses the AHP method in determining customer eligibility KUR beneficiaries in Bank Syariah Mandiri, Medan Branch. In determining customer eligibility KUR beneficiaries, there are several criteria that form the basis of decision making, such as credit status, business productivity, business conditions, warranties, and collectibility. Credit status means that the prospective recipient is not receiving KUR elsewhere. Productivity means the business carried on whether productive or not, judging from the business location, business type, and monthly income. Business conditions means the business carried on is running in good condition, judged from business management, business equipment, and Human Resources (HR). Guarantee means the collateral, such as home/office, land, and BPKB. Meanwhile, the candidate receiving the collectibility means smooth KUR installment each month. The result of this research is the global priorities of customers criteria, sorted from highest to lowest, so the bank can easily make decisions by looking at these results.
