Spherical model with competing interactions
The spherical model on a three-dimensional cubic lattice with competing nearest and next-nearest neighbour interactions is shown to undergo a phase transition to states in which the spontaneous magnetization is zero but with the pair correlation function exhibiting oscillatory long-range order depending on the relative strengths and signs of the coupling constants.
