STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTІONAL MODELING OF THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article deals with an approach to improve the process of capital structure of an enterprise using software Ramus standard IDEF0, which allows us to describe the process control algorithm using series-connected functional block using the input, output information, mechanism and management. Capital structure of an enterprise is one of the most difficult and important tasks, which is to find the optimal balance between equity and debt capital. The capital structure affects the return on assets and equity, financial stability and solvency and finally forms the value in degrees of profitability and risk in the development of an enterprise. As the result the structural and functional model of the capital structure of an enterprise was proposed. The structural-functional model allows us to consider the process of capital structure of an enterprise as a sequential process of the data needed for analysis, analysing capital structure, modeling capital structure, development and implementation of measures for optimizing the capital structure of the firm, reporting. The proposed approach of improving the process of capital structure of an enterprise will increase performance in this area, because it allows based on meaningful and on accurate information about the internal environment to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of the capital structure of the enterprise, to determine the optimal ratio of own and borrowed resources and develop a system of measures to optimize the structure capital of an enterprise, which will increase the effectiveness of operations and ensure stable operation of the business.
