This annex provides tabular information on the implementation of the Directive 96/9/EC (DBD) in the EU-Member States, for eight countries in more in-depth form (particularly with respective case law), for 20 in a rather overview manner. For additional three countries outside of the EU, information is provided on how databases are protected there (one country with a sui-generis right, two without).
