Study of the opportunities of the Federal Target Program for financing technology platform projects

This article discusses the study of the opportunities of the federal target program “Research and development on priority development vectors of Russia’s scientific-technological complex” as a source of the state funding of the technology platforms projects. During the study, key activities of the Program, assuming the support of technological platforms, were identified, and a comparative analysis of the project expert examination organization and project evaluation criteria was conducted. Based on the study, critical problems, impeding the state support of technology platform projects, were revealed.
