This report details the activities between November 2014 and September 2017 by the Joint Research Centre in executing the Pilot Project "ROADLESS-FOR - Making Efficient Use of EU Climate Finance, Using Roads as an Early Performance Indicator for REDD+ Projects". This work was performed under the Administrative Arrangement 33520-2014, signed initially for 24 months from November 2014 and subsequently extended by 9 months until September 2017.
