Study supporting the evaluation of the European Labour Authority : Annex II: Evaluation matrix

The table [...] outlines the evaluation questions that constitute the backbone of our evaluation framework, with the corresponding indicators, judgement criteria and sources serving as tools to answer such questions. The indicators and the research tools in the evaluation matrix have been refined to reflect the methodological discussions internal to the consortium and with DG EMPL during the inception phase of this study, as well as the preliminary screening of data availability discussed in the inception report. Our improved understanding of the context of the study and of the activities of the Authority is now reflected in a set of indicators closely linked to ELA's Single Programming Documents.
