Support to Finland on improving R&D collaboration between research organisations and the private sector : final report

This Policy Support Facility (PSF) report responds to the request of the Office of the Prime Minister of Finland to explore the obstacles that hinder public-private R&D collaboration within Finland's research and innovation (R&I) ecosystem and to provide operational recommendations to the Finnish authorities on possible reforms to undertake to address the challenges. This independent report is based on in-depth discussions with Finnish stakeholders, compilation of recent analyses and data, and experiences brought by the PSF Panel experts and peers.
