Sustainable development in the European Union : overview of progress towards the SDGs in an EU context : 2024 edition

This brochure is a 'light' version of Eurostat's publication 'Sustainable development in the European Union - 2024 monitoring report on progress towards the SDGs in an EU context', conveying its main messages in a visual and concise way. The brochure builds on the EU SDG indicator set which comprises 102 indicators structured around the 17 SDGs. It presents a statistical overview of trends for each indicator, based on quantitative assessments of the past five years of available data. The statistical overview is enhanced with illustrative showcases of selected indicators, offering insights into long-term trends and differences between countries as well as other dimensions such as gender disparities.
