Synergetisches Prozessmanagement - Datenbasierte Navigation in komplexen Humansystemen
The world is getting more and more complex and can be characterized by a more or less permanent change. To be more effective in this context a adequate management is needed. Most of the management concepts and methods are developed in or for contexts of stability. However complex situations and contexts of change follows one rules. The special Eigen-behavior of systems being in a transition between states of stability management therefore should deal and open up their concepts for instability and dynamic. As a consquence the objective of my doctoral thesis is to develop and to test special methods for detecting and managing complex and instable processes of human change processes
