This study addresses certain issues concerning the external dimension of the proposed EU Fundamental Rights Agency (the Agency). It focuses on the possible external dimensions of the Agency, and considers the extent to which this possibility is manifested in the stated objectives and functions of the Agency as set out in the Commissionu0092s proposed regulation.
