THE DIVISION OF THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF PERSONNEL OF A TRADE ENTERPRISE INTO STAGES

The following scientific issues have been explored: the definition of preconditions for the formation of a trade enterprise personnel innovative potential taking into account factors of external environment; summarizing scientific approaches taking into consideration the innovative component in the process of formation of enterprise personnel potential; disclosure of the essence of the personnel potential formation taking into account the innovative and staff components in the evolutionary aspect; determination of formation of the enterprise innovative potential dependence on the innovative qualities of personnel; substantiation of the principles and mechanism of formation of trade enterprise personnel innovative potential.
