The Effectiveness of Technology Transfer as an Important Factor of Successful Innovative Technologies Development

Transfer of technology is an important factor in the successful development of innovation technologies. The dynamics of the development of scientific and technological progress depends on the efficiency of technology transfer (TT). The article defines the criteria, factors and conditions necessary to obtain positive results in the process of technology transfer, as well as identifies the barriers that may arise at all stages of TT, and methods to overcome these barriers. In addition, there are studied the mechanism elements that increase technology transfer efficiency.
