The European Digital SKills Certificate : a quality label for digital skills certifications

The European Digital Skills Certificate (EDSC) will be a tool to help people get their digital skills recognised across Europe by employers, governments, training providers, and more. The EDSC will be based on the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp) and is a concrete action of the Digital Education Action Plan. What are the objectives? Enhancing recognition of digital skills through minimum quality requirements Complementing existing digital skills certifications Allowing people to indicate their level of digital skills Encouraging people to acquire new digital skills.
