The future of EMU

Summarising the findings of DG ECFIN's fellowship programme on the future of EMUDG ECFIN has now published a series of Economic Papers written by distinguished scholars in the context of its Fellowship Initiative on "The future of EMU & Economic growth perspectives for Europe". This policy brief outlines the issues addressed under the 'EMU' heading of the initiative and presents some key findings of the essays provided by the fellows; it further discusses them in the context of ongoing policy efforts at the EU and euro area level.
