The Influence of Job Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Library and Archives Office

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of library and archive employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees as many as 50 respondents. Collecting data using an online questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis technique uses the Smart Pls application software version 3.2.9 (partial least square). The results showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the variables of employee performance at the library and archive service. Based on the research result it can be concluded that: 1) Work motivation has no positive and significant effect on work discipline by t statistic 1.481 < 1.983. 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline by t statistic 2.883 > 1.983. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by t statistic 2.531 > 1.983. 4) Work motivation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance by t statistic 1.384 < 1.983. 5) Job satisfaction has no positive and significant effect on employee performance by t statistic 1.065 < 1.983. 6) Work motivation and work discipline have no positive and significant effect on employee performance by t statistic 1.207 < 1.983. 7) Job satisfaction and work discipline have no positive and significant effect on employee performance by t statistic 1.744 < 1.983
