The institutionalization of stakeholder management in Russian companies: How relevant is CRT "Arcturus" model?
The process of CSR-related organizational learning in modern Russia is limited by the lack of the ethical standards as well as self-assessment and quality improvement models and procedures which can combine the hypernorms of global business with the national peculiarities. The CRT Principles for business and “Arcturus†model of self-assessment and improvement are analyzed with a purpose to apply them to the effective institutionalization of stakeholder management to the Russian companies.
