In economic based developing country needs more constructions. In fact it occupies a pivotal position in the development project of all sectors, like agriculture, rural development, energy, industry, transportation, communication or housing. Construction industry boom can be seen in almost all the developing countries supply of raw material, builder, hardware, paints manpower & everything else regarding construction. The actual data collection was carried out during January 2019 there were only two shifts followed. The researcher spends 15 to 20 minutes for each respondent. The construction workers employed in this industry work full time and many work over 40 hours a week. In 2009, about 20 percent of construction workers worked 45 hours or more a week. Construction workers may sometimes work evenings, weekends, and holidays to finish a job or take care of an emergency. Construction workers must often content with the weather when working outdoor, rain, snow, or wind may agitate construction works. Workers in this industry usually do not get paid if they did not work due to the weather. Workers in the India like countries need physical stamina as the work requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and working in cramped quarters and need to carry/lift heavy objects
