To a Question on the Nature, Structure and Elements of the Institutional Capacity of the Economic Entity

The paper offers the concept of partial analysis for the components of the organ-izational capacity of the enterprise, its managing and managed subsystems. This ap-proach enhances the strategic objectives. Authors prove that partial analysis improves the current activity on the rational use of the enterprise’s potential.
