Training in Environmental Management - industry and sustainability : Part 2 : The role and requirements of categories of lower management and workers
This report presents the results of a study which focused on the role and education and training requirements of lower management and skilled and semi-skilled workers in the light of the new corporate environment-related strategies. The report covering Denmark and Germany only, highlights some of the key issues raised by the new practices at the shop floor and the perceptions and response of theworkforce. It also analyses the content and quality of the courses provided.
