Transfer of undertakings - Rossiter v Pendragon plc - The EAT holds that, if a substantial change is made in an employee's working conditions to his or her detriment, in the context of a transfer of an undertaking, he or she may resign and claim a constructive dismissal whether or not that change constitutes a breach of contract.
