Utrecht University open science programme : open science monitor case study

This case study reports on the work of the Utrecht University's Open Science task force, and discusses the most recent formulation of the UU Open Science Programme (version 1.0). Identification of barriers, impacts and lessons learnt from the programme provide examples of good practice and potential for mutual learning for other higher education institutions. The report concludes with the importance of integrating open science teaching and training in educational programmes to ensure consistency in university governance and meeting mandate requirements.
