This Research in Progress paper analysesusers’ requirements for the development of aVirtual Community (VC) for the academic SAPUCC (University Competence Center) UserGroup. The SAP UCC User Group consists oflecturers and students using SAP Software foreducational purposes. Initially, we are targetingthe 1,300 existing lecturers in Germany for thiscommunity.
