Wage Disparities by Economic Sectors in Austria

A just income distribution is an important goal of economic policy. Thus the question to what extent this goal has been achieved in comparison to other countries is an important subject of economic research, but, as in many other countries, the statistical basis for an analysis of the personal income distribution has been weak. Different data bases yield different results.
