Web-Based Agent Incentive System Using Role-based Algorithm with SMS Notification

The study entitled Web-based Agent Incentive System using Role-based Algorithm with SMS notification was designed and developed for networking businesses located at Digos City and beyond the province of Davao del Sur. The study provides an efficient and reliable calculation of incentives to Agent, it also provides proper organization of sales information beneficial for the company. The study was developed according to its five main objectives; first, to develop a Web-based Agent Incentive System using Role-based Algorithm automatically computes the total incentives of a specific agent. Second, to develop a system that sends SMS notification to the Agent containing a reminder that the Agent received incentive. Third, to develop a system that record all the unit/items sold by the agent. Fourth, to develop a system that identifies the top earner Agent. Lastly, Capture the effectiveness of the designed Web-based Agent Incentive System using Role-based Algorithm with SMS notification in terms of; Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Maintainability, Efficiency and Portability. The system was deployed in a free hosting online domain and it is a browser driven application developed using ASP.NET web tool with #.net frame using a visual studio 2012 environment. MYSQL was the database designed for the study. The testing of the project was conducted at Digos City, the application system was rated both by the experts, networking practitioners and students
