2011 Faculty of Management Sciences International Conference "Managing Public Private Partnership (PPP) For Africa’s Prosperity"
Public Private Partnership (PPP) has been devised as a feasible model that integrates public and private sectors towards fast-tracking development agenda. However despite much acclaimed advantages of PPP over the other models, much is still needed to be discussed and learned n order to harness its potentialities for Africa’s development. In this regard, this conference is designed to provide a platform for intellectual discussion that would generate further awareness and actionable PPP strategies for Africa’s development; create avenues for stakeholders to learn from each other, network, and deploy their experiential knowledge to bring PPP work for Africa’s development; and document strategies that would enhance wider adoption of PPP among all the stakeholders in Africa.
