AsLEA XIth Annual Conference 2015 - Asian Law & Economics Association

The purpose of the conference is the presentation and discussion of law & economics research, of a theoretical or empirical nature, relating primarily to questions originating Asia (including ASEAN), although topical issues within the conference themes are also welcome from other regions. The economic analysis of court cases, legal rules, or administrative guidelines is welcome, as is the exploration of important economic and development topics with a nexus to legal rules, legal decision making, standard setting, rule-making, and regulations, as well as issues of governance and institutional capacity.
