The conference organizers welcome submissions of a theoretical or empirical nature. Relevant topics: - The interactions between aggregate demand and the labor market; jobless recoveries; and the macroeconomic implications of long-term unemployment. - Macroeconomic policies in times of a crisis; debt consolidation; and sovereign risk. - Fiscal and monetary policy in a liquidity trap; macroeconomic implications of low real interest rates. - Asset prices and their interactions with aggregate economic activity, labor markets and policy.
