EFMA Conference "Sales management" - European Financial Management & Marketing Association
Achieving sales targets remains a key challenge for European banks. However, there have been some unprecedented developments within the financial services sector over the last year. These have led to a considerable change in customer, market and regulatory attitudes in relation to how banks sell their products and services. The conference will therefore focus on the development of new approaches to sales, with a particular emphasis on ‘needs-based selling’. This is in tune with European regulations that seek to ensure that customers are only sold products that meet their specific needs.
