International Conference "Increasing Heterogeneity in the Workforce and its Impact"

This conference aims to cover several important dimensions of workforce heterogeneity (nationality, cultural background, skill and occupational dimensions, gender, and age structure), high-lighted from various perspectives and disciplines. The focus will be on the impact of diversity on important dimensions like productivity, wages, social inequality, discrimination. We intend to combine micro and macro perspectives by focusing on firm, regional, country and European levels.
