International Workshop "Education in Adulthood and the Labour Market"
The scientific committee encourages theoretical and policy-oriented, but in particular empirical contributions using process-produced data, survey evidence, qualitative material or experiments, focusing on the timing and sequencing of educational activities in the adult life course, decision processes for (non-)participation, selectivity in access, incentives, barriers, and (un)favourable welfare state arrangements, productivity effects and labour market returns (income, employability, employment security, flexibility, career), expenditures on education and training and adult education in international comparison.
