IZA Workshop: Legal and Illicit Immigration: Theory, Empirics and Policy
This workshop aims at taking stock of theoretical and empirical research on both legal and illicit migration and migration policies. This call for papers welcome both theoretical and empirical contributions in the following broad topics in country-level or cross-country perspectives: causes, consequences of legal and illegal migration flows; voluntary and forced international displacement of individuals such as through trafficking, economic / political shocks, and natural disasters; national and multinational policy experiences, options, and adoption patterns.
