Partial Credit Guarantee Schemes – Experiences and Lessons

The aim of this conference is to encourage both empirical and theoretical papers analyzing (i) the rationale behind credit guarantee schemes and the arguments for public intervention, (ii) pricing and institutional structures, (iii) risk management, (iv) performance of existing credit guarantee schemes, and (v) impact of credit guarantee schemes on borrowers, banks and the economy at large. We encourage empirical cases, country studies and cross-country studies as well as theoretical studies.
