Summary: The goal of this workshop is to discuss international experiences with social policies and reforms, and to exchange ideas about methodological advances in program evaluation. We are particularly interested in papers undertaking evaluation of non-standard social policies and/or using non-standard methods. We aim at covering a broad range of topics including: the evaluation of income-support or educational policies, the evaluation of social reforms, and the evaluation of health policies. While we are particularly interested in the evaluation of policies targeted towards families, youth, and children, we will also consider papers that examine more traditional topics such as the evaluation of active labor market programs. <br>
