Workshop on Applying socio-economic analysis as part of restriction proposals under the REACH Regulation
The workshop intends to build a common understanding on how to prepare a high-quality and proportionate restriction proposal according to the requirements of the REACH Regulation. This implies that representatives of all actors should participate in the workshop in order to achieve a common understanding of the REACH requirements and the Guidance Documents i) on Annex XV Restriction proposals and ii) on the use of Socio-economic Analysis in preparing these proposals. Furthermore, the purpose is for the ECHA Committees and ECHA Secretariat to learn how to handle the restriction proposals in an efficient manner.
