Inter-Firm Linkages and Profitability in the Automobile Industry: The Implications for Supply Chain Management - Using publicly available financial data, this study investigates the linkages between major suppliers and major customers in the automotive supply chain. The study estimates the level and impact of profitability of the customer firms on their major independent suppliers.
